Mag fell out while shooting

I was just ripping through some targets when my mag dropped out. The mag release must have gotten bumped somehow. It's never happened to me before or since. It was the weirdest malfunction

That’ll definitely wake you up, check mag release tension, gear placement and grip before it happens again.

Be sure the mg release button is not protruding too far. I know guys who have sanded that down and the problem stopped.
