Posterior Vitrious Detachment

Or otherwise known as PVD. It's when the gelatin inside your eye starts to detach from your retina. Well, I got it in my left eye. Already had it in the right. It's an aging thing. Symptoms are serious floaters and what looks like pepper in your eye. The cure is laying around and doing nothing for awhile. I don't have time for this, but oh well....it is what is. At least we're having a heat wave. Good time to lay around and soak up some AC.
 
Yea, the downtime is no fun, but ever since I hit the early 60’s it always seems to be something dragging me down. Right now it is the golf ball sized swelling on my one elbow from 2 hours of weed whacking. I dip it in a salad bowl full of ice water until it is numb.

As far as the smoke from the fires, I sure hope it doesn’t get like it did a few years ago. Right now the air quality index is 161 so it’s not horrible, but you can smell it. That along with the heat will keep me indoors for most of the day.
