I got a pistol I bought years ago that just sits in the safe. I've shot it maybe three times, I could sell it and put the money toward something I'd actually use. But also what if I regret it? Do you guys keep everything or sell stuff you don't use?

It just depends on your own attitude. If it is a real investment thing, yeah, keep it and let the profit accumulate. If it is an ordinary shooter and you have no real reason for keeping it, go ahead.

However, if you are nearing the age of moving into a retirement home (community thing, old-age housing thing) and it is time to unload, - - - -

I sell guns that I don't shoot anymore. I used to keep everything I bought, and it just sat around collecting dust. If I'm not using it, I turn it into something that I will use.
