My family won't eat wild game

They say it tastes too "gamey", and it is hard to share this part of hunting when they won't even try it.

My family sticks to store-bought meat, so all the venison ends up in my freezer.

A lot of the dinner is in the preparation. Properly cleaned in the field, then cared for until it is in the fridge, afterward a good cooking technique. I find a salt-water soak before marinade works wonders.
