Deer Season Photos and Stories

What a season it has been! I managed to bag a nice eight-pointer this year, and the hunt is a tale I'll share over campfires for years. I'd love to hear your stories and see your photos, too!

These are a pair of 8 pt PA bucks from Armstrong County near Brady's Bend. Mine on the right and my sons' on the left. We were often successful harvesting the same years but this was the only time that when we hunted together opening day that we both scored a harvest. We were 1/2 mile apart; 8+AM for me and 12 noonish for his. They were same shots entered right side between 3rd & 4th ribs and exited between left side 1 & 2 , thru the heart and out. We were hunting from tree stands about 15' up. I watched a field and he was in bigger woods.
