Cleaning kit recommendations?

Mine's a mess. I got random brushes and patches from different kits all mixed together. Half of it doesn't even fit the guns I own anymore, so I need to start fresh. What cleaning kit do you guys actually use and like?

I like ones that come with properly sized rods, brushes, and patches for what I actually own

 I rely on a Tipton rod and Bore Tech brushes, keeping all that stuff organized in a Plano tackle box. It's so much tidier than those generic cleaning kits that always seem to come with a bunch of useless extras.

I use one piece rods. And i buy brushes by the dozen (proshot). I cut my own patches. Tackle box like mentioned.
