First aid kits in your vehicle

Do you keep a first aid kit in your vehicle? I've been debating adding one for emergencies. What setups do y'all carry, basic supplies, trauma gear, or full kits and what's truly worth packing?

Yeah, I definitely keep one in my truck. I've got basic stuff like bandages and pain meds, plus a tourniquet and quick-clot gauze for the serious stuff. The Israeli bandages are worth their weight in gold. What made you start thinking about it?

I've been thinking about adding one after a few close calls on the road. I want something basic plus a couple trauma items without overloading the truck

My Toyota came with a first aid kit I never added to it seemed good enough to me.

Yeah, I keep a medium kit in my truck, basics like bandages, gloves, meds, plus a tourniquet and trauma dressing...it is not a hospital in a bag, but enough to handle real emergencies until help shows
