Almost every firearm owner has bought their first firearm. Had it. Used it. And, for some reason sold it or gifted it, but you let it go. Years later you think on it for some reason & wish you still had that ONE firearm. You can list, posr 1 or each ONE lost love firearm only or 1 in each catagory. Explain if you want.

I can start. My first Revolver, I still have & enjoy it. It's a Ruger Security-Six .38/.357 Mag in 4" bbl w/3 sets of grips. My First High Power Rifle. I still have and reload for it, She gets 3 shot,1 hole groups at 150Yd & 2.5"@400 yds on a good day. She' a 1974 Winchester 70A 30.06 fed Sierra 165 gr HPBT Game King. First S/A pistol was a Beretta 92FS, full size. Enjoyed shooting it but wanted a downsized CCW. Sold. Don't miss it. Old timer told me, "Never trade, always sell." he said, and I see it over time. You will get a little more$$$ for it. First Muzzleloading pistol was a CVA .45 cal percussion kit. It shoot great but I didn't use it much. I sold for cash to get ML part for builds I do. Had a second Kit gift to me that made the first available for trade. MY first .22 cal rifle was a Remington pump, mod 572BDL Sold to get$$$ for a .22 Mag. don't miss it. My first shotgun was 16ga 36" Goose type shotgun by Stevens. Sold for $$$ to bought an Armsport 12 ga SA 24" bbl. My first muzzleloading rifle was an Armsport Hawken 54 cal flintlock kit. My daughter shot it until she discovered Track & Field. Don't miss it. Sold for $$$ for my ML build. MY first from scratch built ML was an Early Hawken ) Maryland style FULL STOCK Sam Hawken .54 cal 38"bbl. Sold for 4 digits to fund 2 more builds for myself. I do WISH I still had it. IT was super accurate to 150 yds. My first smoothbore ML was a Pedersoli Brown Bess Kit in .75 cal. Great deer and small game gun and I won a lot of rifle matches as well as smoothbore matches with her. But truthfully, I don't miss her. I've go fine smooth-rifles in .28 ga that I shoot more proficiently. That's what I had and kept. I have others I and my family members use.

Oh yeah, my first .22 rifle was a perfect little starter gun. I sold it to fund something else but I still catch myself wishing I had that thing for casual plinking.

My first was a four-inch S&W Model 19-3 with target hammer and trigger. I foolishly sold it when I became enamored with Colt Pythons but returned to the S&W fold after a few years and now have about 15 of their pre-2000 revolvers and four of their 1911s, including two from their old Performance Center.
