Northumberland county here. Been hunting for 60 years and had a lot of success. My passions are muzzleloaders and bowhunting. I recently got hooked on the long range kick and still learning. It's a lot of info to amass. I just want to have fun with it and don't desire competing. I'm trying to find a place to shoot 600+ yards.
 
Lycoming County here too near Williamsport. rifle, muzzle loader, archery,
recently got back into working on firearms.
 
Hey guys I just passed through your neck of the woods yesterday on my way up to my camp in Clinton Co. I go up there quite often even if just to recharge the batteries in my soul! So quiet and peaceful - in the middle of nowhere. No elec or running water. Just peace and quiet with time spent with God and nature. Had a 48"+ yellow phase rattler come visit me yesterday afternoon. I think he may have been looking for one of the resident field mice....LOL
 
I'm restricted to an ATV for mobility, have all the permits, and have discovered some of the State Forests have clearcuts that cover a lot of yardages.
My best on deer so far is 300 yards, DRT, 200 lb doe last year.
Best groundhog is 420 yds, on private farm.
